Rules

Each competitor has one innings in which he must score runs by striking the ball and running from the wicket around an adjacent traffic cone and back, without being dismissed. There are no boundaries.

A batsman can run whenever he likes, but must run when he strikes the ball, no matter how lightly. The bowler can bowl at any time he has the ball and is stood at the bowler's cone; a batsman can be dismissed by either being bowled, caught or knocking their stumps (no LBW rule).

Bowling must be underarm and a full toss; a ball that bounces is a no-ball and the batsman cannot be out.

Tiebreak rules

Each innings will be timed, with faster innings ranking highest. Players scoring no runs will all share last place.
